What makes 4GRIP socks different?
4GRIP socks are purpose-built for Pilates, reformer, yoga and barre. Are they suitable for Reformer Pilates?
Absolutely. 4GRIP socks are engineered to provide reliable traction on reformers, studio floors and mats, helping you move with confidence throughout every class.
Can I wear them for yoga and barre?
Yes. While designed with Pilates in mind, they're equally suited to yoga, barre, stretching and everyday wear around the home.
Are the grips durable?
Yes. We use high-density silicone grips designed to maintain their performance through regular wear and washing when cared for correctly.
Are they thick or thin?
They offer a balanced feel with terry cushioning underfoot for comfort while remaining breathable enough for studio classes year-round.
Do they have arch support?
Yes. Gentle compression through the arch and instep provides a secure, supportive fit without feeling restrictive.
Will they shrink?
Minimal shrinkage may occur if washed incorrectly. Following the care instructions will help maintain their shape and fit.
Are your socks unisex?
Yes. 4GRIP socks are designed to be worn by everyone. Simply choose the size that best matches your foot using our size guide.
Can I wear shoes over them?
Absolutely. While 4GRIP socks are purpose-built for Pilates, reformer, yoga and barre, they're also designed for life on the go. Their premium crew fit and clean design look just as good with sneakers as they do in the studio, making it easy to head to and from class without needing to change your socks. Wearing shoes may naturally increase wear over time.

What are 4GRIP socks made from?
Our socks are made from a premium cotton-rich blend:
- 80% Cotton
- 17% Polyester
- 3% Spandex
This combination provides softness, breathability, stretch and long-lasting performance.

Our socks are designed to fit both women and men.

Care
How should I wash my socks?
- Machine wash cold with similar colours.
- Turn inside out before washing.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
- Avoid fabric softeners, as they may reduce grip performance over time.

We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping available to selected countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $60.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Orders
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't been packed or shipped, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my socks?
For hygiene reasons, socks can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We're happy to arrange an exchange for unworn socks, subject to stock availability.
What if my item is faulty?
If you believe you've received a faulty product, please contact us with your order number and photos. We'll assess the issue and organise a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
Studio & Wholesale
Can my studio have custom socks made?
Yes. We offer premium custom-branded grip socks for Pilates studios, gyms and wellness brands. From colours and embroidery to packaging, we'll work with you to create socks that reflect your brand.
